I cannot imagine launching the Eidos LGBTQ+ Health Initiative without Hyphenate. Hyphenate has been like another arm of our organization. I am new to my role as the Director of Engagement, and the landscape of branding and social media was quite daunting. Hyphenate thoughtfully and supportively guided us through the whole process. Tan was responsive and quick in turning around helpful strategic documents as well as mundane things like event swag. Tan was hired to design a report for publication. She helped us articulate a vision to take a technical report and make it appealing to readers from different audiences and in different languages. She was professional, easy-to-work with and felt like part of the team. She delivered an excellent product on time and made herself available for troubleshooting.
I've known Tan for 11 years and we've worked on a number of web projects together for my businesses. Tan is smart, creative and highly efficient. During COVID-19 when small business owners have to pivot and re-pivot to stay afloat, Tan helped provide solutions for my bar and restaurant's ever-changing online needs. Tan is an incredibly talented website designer. She originally designed my website in 2011 and then recently redesigned and updated my website (something I should have done a few years ago!). She immediately got my vision for what I wanted my new website to look like and implemented everything on my wish list. She was hugely collaborative in all the details, sending me color palettes, font options, etc. She designed my logo- a very creative combination of my initials, SC. She met with me virtually several times throughout the process to ensure this great outcome. Tan is easy to talk to, super friendly, and super experienced as she made great recommendations. As soon as my new website went live, my new client inquiries substantially increased. I can't speak enough of Tan's talent and highly recommend her work.
